Clinic Manager

Originally from St. Croix, Shanice returned home in 2021 with a strong desire to give back to her community through healthcare. 

She brings with her extensive experience, most recently as a Clinical Lead at an Urgent Care in St. Croix, where she supervised and mentored a team of medical assistants and nurses, oversaw training, and ensured high standards of patient care.

Shanice is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Management with a minor in Human Resources, which helps enhance her skills in team coordination and improving workplace efficiency. As our Clinic Manager, she keeps things running smoothly so that our therapists can do what they do best! 

Outside of work, Shanice enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and supporting her children’s extracurricular activities. She is also an active Girl Scout mom, contributing to the growth and development of young leaders.
